Internet guru.
I've co-founded a startup, later sold to a large Internet company. I've also worked at large Internet companies. I have experience and talent across many areas of the industry, and have worked as everything from back-end developer to front-end developer, from product management to community management, and excelled in all areas.

I interact with our sites' members on a daily basis. My job is to hear and respond to their concerns, and to then turn their feedback into actual product guidelines.
Often times, a customer can tell when something on a website needs fixing/improving/adding/etc, but won't know the right solution. My talent is in hearing customer feedback and determining what the right product/community solutions are to improve our sites -- and those customers' collective experience there.
I help drive product initiatives based on the community's needs, and keep tabs on the current state/satisfaction level of our members on an ongoing basis.

November 2006 — April 2008 (1 year 6 months)
I set the product direction for Demand's entertainment sites, including Cracked.com, FlowGo.com, and MadBlast.com. I oversaw the merging of 20+ sites into one for FlowGo.com, and helped execute Cracked.com's relaunch and acquisition/integration of PointlessWasteOfTime.com.
I also hosted the comedy web series "The News on Cracked."

I helped build The Daily Plate, wearing several hats. I served as both the Director of Product Development and the sole Web Developer on the project.
The Daily Plate was acquired by Demand Media in January 2008.
