Project Manager & Business Analyst
Portland, Oregon Area
I am seeking opportunities to serve as a project manager, based on my successful experience winning and leading a $2M federal contract at Siemens with 40+ stakeholders, plus several smaller projects.
I'M A TECHNICAL GUY WHO LIKES TO WRITE. I write clearly, listen well, and find understanding among diverse viewpoints. I constantly discover and promote ways for systems to work more smoothly and effectively. I find wholistic solutions to address multiple problems cost-effectively, without creating new sets of problems
As a business analyst, I’m good at translating conversations (customer feedback, design meetings, interviews etc) into formal documents such as requirements, procedures, proposals and patent applications; and have helped implement an ISO-14001 Environmental Management System.
As a greenbuilding research consultant, I've written reports, such as the recent "Energy Efficiency retrofits for commercial and public buildings" in the US, at www.PikeResearch.com under "clean industry". I've posted some ways to create safer, healthier, biodiverse places, the Green Way on my website, www.GreenWayNeighborhoods.net.
I synthesize solutions using my curiosity, creativity, and enthusiasm. I am persistent, with a positive attitude and a passion to promote sustainability and regeneration.
