I am a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC) and relationship/team coach (ORSCC). I'm also a writer and freelance journalist. My main focus is on developing good relationship among partners, and in teams and organizations.
My experience comes from a large number of roles and activities, ranging from publishing, writing, editing and public relations, as well as starting up new companies. I started the company that in 1996 launched digi.no (http://www.digi.no), one of Europe's first internet-only newspapers, and have since then been involved in many new ventures.
I know that coaching has a great potential to change the world by changing the way people interact. If you need help in changing your world, get in touch to discuss possible perspectives and strategies. I'd particularly love to work with you if your team or organization has cross-borders, cross-cultural/multi-cultural issues.
