My leadership efforts have resulted in being awarded the top team of the year for two consecutive years and five years of top performance among my peers. Continual training, playing to the team members strengths and empowering a team is what I feel brings strong results.

Helping others is what drives me and is not only seen in my professional role but in my community service roles as well. I have dedicate myself to numerous causes for many years. It gives me great pride to be involved in helping train youth and young adults as they are our future leaders as well as honor our veterans for they have protected our freedoms and way of life. Helping to bring hearing to those without and to raise funds for those with cancer are causes I am proud to give my time and energy to.

Train on resume, cover letter, and thank you letter writing. Advise on how to effectively market one’s self (including online brand management), the importance of networking, and doing research on a company and position prior to pursuing an opportunity.
