Responsibilities related to management of small team with about 20 people, divided across several virtual teams throughout Europe. Co-ordination of project activities between teams (NT, UX, SAP, SQL, Backup), country project managers and customer IT managers. Participation in customer meetings related to quality assurance, incoming projects, IT consolidation and IT migration in European countries. Creation of future plans with regards to optimizing the IT environment and in particular maximizing the performance and availability while ensuring cost effective solutions. The Single Point of Contact for customer management for critical incidents, e.g.: network attacks, issues with user authentications and business critical systems. Preparation and supervision of internal IT audits, including consolidation of documentation based on ITIL/ITSM model.
