    • Assisted the Register.com project manager and HUGE team in developing and updating functional and business requirements throughout the entire process.
    • Identified and implemented new QA processes as well as worked to get a new defect tracking system in place (JIRA) to increase workplace productivity.
    • Responsible for overall quality of the redesign. This includes projecting and communicating possible usability issues as well as ensuring the needs of the business were met.
    • Lead testing process standardization, adoption, and improvement. A test strategy redesign was necessary to meet projected testing deadlines while maintaining high standards for quality.
    • Worked closely with members of the HUGE team to troubleshoot defects.
    • Attended and contributed to daily scrum meetings. Meetings required preparation in order to communicate current issues and/or concerns with the project.

    Success Metric: After initial project completion Register.com's new purchase path converted 10% better than the old design.
