I have experience in many facets in the industry including; IT, finance and accounting, healthcare, engineering, real estate and security. I have worked to fill positions including; administrative and executive assistants, project and program managers, specialist and analyst in all areas of the business. I do this through gathering information not only about the position, but about the specific needs of the company and the company’s long term needs and goals. I then take this information to find the best candidate for the job that is most interested in the company and meeting those long term goals.
I work with candidates that are interested in finding a career that will help them move forward in the direction that they are interested in moving and that will help them meet their long term goals and needs.
On top of this I have a unique ability to manager IT needs with in the organization because of my strong background in IT and knowledge with ATS systems and Sales databases.
