Directors of creative delivery made sure that the creative teams at sapient integrated into the wider technology and project management functions. Client partnership from a creative and strategic standpoint was key.
I was hired to run and grow the creative team within Sapient Chicago. The primary project was a $7millon project that I oversaw from a creative perspective. The team grew from 6 when I arrived to 35 by the time I returned to London.
We also integrated a global acquisition into the Chicago office first (the company was based in Chicago)
On my return to London, the main project was lloyds.com, the online market place of the renowned insurers. This was the first truly Global Distributed Delivery project for Sapient. We architected and designed the project before sending IA's and designers to India to work alongside the offshore development team.
