For more than 12 years, I've created interactive experiences and communications for brands such as IHG, The Home Depot, CDC, Cingular Wireless, Astral Brands, Coca-Cola North America, AutoTrader, and more. I've led projects in diverse channels such as information-rich Web sites, IVRs, mobile applications, call center applications, and kiosks.
As a consultant with my M.A. in technical communication, I draw on academic knowledge and real-world experience to get business results. I write for industry publications such as UXmatters and iMedia Connection. I also speak occasionally for industry conferences.
