I’m a UX and content consultant for the interactive world. For more than a decade, I've created interactive experiences and communications for brands such as IHG, The Home Depot, CDC, Cingular Wireless, Astral Brands, Coca-Cola North America, AutoTrader, and more. I love creating a win-win experience for businesses and customers alike.
As a consultant, I draw on academic knowledge and real-world experience to get business results. I currently write a column for the online magazine UXmatters and occasionally write articles for industry publications such as iMedia Connection.
My experience has depth and breadth. I've led and supported projects in diverse channels such as information-rich Web sites, IVRs, mobile applications, call center applications, kiosks, dynamically generated collateral, and more. I'm familiar with research methods to understand customers and to develop user experience and content strategy. I also have the practical skills to create solid deliverables that turn ideas into interactive reality.
