Lee is one of the co-founders of Gatehouse, a UK-based consultancy specialising in employee communication, engagement and change (see www.gatehousegroup.co.uk). He is also Past Chair of CIPR Inside, the employee communication group of the UK's Chartered Institute of Public Relations, and a popular blogger on employee/internal communication (see www.talkingic.typepad.com).
His track record, gained primarily in the financial and professional services sectors, spans leadership and line manager communication, employee engagement, internal branding, vision & values, major organisational change (mergers, acquisitions, office relocation), crisis communication and infrastructure development (building effective face-to-face and support channels). He was previously Head of Internal Communication for the global accountancy firm Ernst & Young and Head of Communications with the HBoS group.
Lee is a Fellow and Council member for the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and holds an MSc in Corporate Communication.
