Since the beginning of time, we have danced to nourish our connection to earth, energy and divine spirit. Before analytical thought, there was only the body and an instinctual oneness with all of creation. The natural world held a vivid wonder and beauty that her creatures were sustained by. As we have grown away from our reverence for what is naturally beautiful, we have grown away from our bodies and away from ourselves. VividExistence is a treasure map back to the vital connectedness that once sustained us and can sustain us once again. It is a system that awakens us to our very own life energy as we awaken to our oneness with all of life.

Through my vast background in the movement, therapeutic and healing arts, my extensive dance studies gradually evolved from physical training to spiritual and transformational practice. I practice, perform and facilitate events all over the U.S. and internationally. I collaborates regularly with musicians and other complementary practitioners in the celebration of creative personal development and transformation.

Inspiring and communicating with large and small groups, ranging from five to five thousand, through my articulate and sincere way of sharing on matters of the heart, body and soul is an important part of my mission. In my role as keynote, I have shared on many subjects, some of which are:

Leadership: The courage to let our passion lead us is the greatest expression of our humanity. Discovering the leadership in our own journey is sometimes a tricky task, laden with the expectations and standards of others and society. I guide your group to uncover their deepest callings and inner leader.

Purpose, Passion, Potential: These 3 P's are intricately woven into the tapestry of how our lives unfold. I weave the fabric of our being and becoming through story, interactive processes and guided visualization to create a profound experience of personal expansion for all participants.

Woman's Sacred Sensuality: I am a spiritual activist and raise awareness and funds for women survivors of abuse around the world. I invite everyone to understand that the issue of abuse is not about one woman or many. It is an issue for all women, a violation of the sacredness of our sensuality that each of us has to nurture and care for in ourselves in order to create an existence where abuse does not exist. Though this delicate and difficult topic, I passionately and playfully inspire and seduces the Shakti life force, the Divine Goddess in each of us, to awaken and take loving action in our own lives, for our own lives, and for our sisters and all beings everywhere.

As founder of VividExistence and Vividly Woman, I use charm, fun, sincerity and sensitivity, and I invite people into their bodies to more deeply connected to themselves and become more open to connecting with others. My studies, trainings, work with individuals and families, shamanic initiations and rich life experience add depth and dimension to my skills. Celebration, compassion and authenticity are the heart of my teaching. This inspires and nourishes the dance I passionately share with all individuals who dream an ever more vivid existence!

Through movement and my rich life experiences in the shamanic initiation, integrative therapies and group exploration, I lead remarkable team and spirit-building events that last anywhere from three hours to seven days. With over 20 years experience in the expressive arts teaching and facilitating groups, my specialty is designing thematic movement programs for special events, workshops, conferences and seminars.
