Michael Glazer

I am a digitally savvy, results-oriented professional with a proven track record of managing learning functions for top-tier firms including Morgan Stanley, Burson-Marsteller, Dell and Vonage. I offer consistent successes partnering with C-suite executives, accomplishments in aligning learning with career paths and business goals, successes in teaching and experience leading global work teams.

Before joining Morgan Stanley as the global head of technology learning, I led the global learning and development department at public relations firm Burson-Marsteller. I joined Burson-Marsteller from Vonage, where I launched Vonage University as well as the company’s first leadership development and ethics compliance programs.

Prior to Vonage, I was a senior manager at Dell. While there I created the Dell Certification Program, named by Certification Magazine as one of the top 10 new IT certifications in 2004. I also grew training services revenue from $5M to $20M in less than three years while maintaining the highest level of profit contribution across Dell’s Services division. I have led award-winning projects in the areas of eLearning courseware development at Dell and at Vonage.

I also offer successes in international business development. At Global Knowledge, I helped introduce Web-based instructor-led training to the Japanese market and successfully managed the operations and revenue growth of multimillion dollar training outsourcing partnerships that spanned 15 countries. During that time I lived and worked extensively in Japan and the Asia-Pacific region.
