I have worked in the Information Technology field for 10 years. Within these 10 years I have worked as a technical writer, Web developer, technical communication specialist, System Analyst, and Software Quality Assurance Analyst and Software Quality Assurance Lead, and most recently as an IT Project Manager.
I have my background in process, methodology, and IT and pushed that into my entrepreneurial pursuits. My passion is to assist small businesses and artists in self-publishing their works so I started Akili Publishing LLC. We specialize in web/online, print, and multimedia publications for small to large businesses.
My professional goal is to expand Akili Publishing, LLC into the premier Minority and Woman owned publishing company in the puget sound.
My specialties include work in and around the technical documentation arena (web, print, and multimedia), web development, business process analysis, integrated solution design, emerging technology analysis, and software development lifecycle, and Masters Degree in Technical Communication with emphasis in layout and design.
