Operation Manager at Polvora! Comunicação
Brazil
Graduate student with extensive knowledge in accounting. Marketing, technology and innovation enthusiast. In audit I've learned to take a project management approach for each job, in college I've learned to admire the small companies with limited structure. My passion for marketing, tech and inovation guided me through the books I've read and almost all my RSS Feeds.
On weekends I've been busy starting my first venture, an e-commerce system that uses Neural Networks (Artificial Intelligence) in order to recommend products and aims to be a match maker for clothing and fashion. This project is still in development, with plans to start operations in December, 2009.
I believe that the diversity of knowledge and experiences can build more prepared professionals for decision making in a startup business environment. The main reason that led me to leave the audit and consultancy market was my deep interest in startup companies with small, multidisciplinary staff.
