David Chow's Summary
I've been developing leaders for 20 years - first as a leader and for the last 8 years as an executive coach. As a leader, I served as a pastor for 12 years mentoring young people, serving the community, and managing a large staff. As an executive coach, I've coached senior leaders in a broad range of industries.
Possessing a large repertoire of coaching approaches & techniques and a wealth of knowledge about leadership & change, I am able to customize coaching engagements based on where someone is and where they want to go. Whether it’s moving from insight to action, deepening self-reflection, or reframing situations to open up new possibilities and perspectives, clients walk away empowered to address their leadership challenges.
Key features of my approach include: focusing on strengths before identifying weaknesses & gaps, building internal capacity through managing energy, increasing self-awareness through self-assessments & 360 feedback, and helping clients articulate clear and compelling goals.
