Referrals 4 Real Estate is a website directory for Realtors and Real Estate Agents to give and receive referrals on a basis of paying the other agent when the deal closes. I take no piece of the transaction, but hope that I will receive the Philadelphia referrals. I have just started this up over the summer and have over 125 agents. I am hoping to have an agent in each county in the USA. I do have agents outside the USA, but outside the USA is not my focus. The group is networked through FACEBOOK.
