In May 2009, I received my MS in Information Studies, specializing in archival and special collections administration, at the University of Texas at Austin. I love learning and experiencing new aspects of archival administration, and my eventual goal is to head a special collections library or manuscripts division.

• Work on team to survey collections by gathering information processed and unprocessed accessions
• Employ minimal processing to create EAD finding aids and MARC records.
• Create "Guide for Donors" to educate potential donors about appropriate and non-appropriate materials, as well as steps to better prepare collections before donation.

• Created and updated machine readable catalog (MARC) records with OCLC Connexion.
• Redacted and restricted documents containing sensitive material, such as social security numbers, student grades, financial records, and graphic imagery.
• Assisted patrons in research through rare books, manuscripts, and university archives.
