In implementing various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Clark County’s Eighth Judicial District Court has opened several doors in the “multi-door” courthouse through which participants can pass in order to resolve civil disputes through means other than traditional costly, lengthy and protracted trials. ADR seeks to fulfill the District Court’s mission of providing innovative, efficient and fair equal access to justice.

Personal Injury and Estate Planning make up most of my practice today. Most of my litigation involves negligence cases where compensation for injuries of a victim is called for. Personal injury is a harm caused to a victim, often catastrophic. Largely Personal injury is cased by car crashes, car accidents or slip, trip and falls. Personal injury also includes victims hurt because of mental suffering, false imprisonment, libel, slander or false arrest. A Nevada attorney can file a claim for: bodily injury disease, or death of a victim. The first step is figuring out who is to blame for the injury and valuing all the pain suffering lost wages etc. I try to provide guidance and help people with these problems. I am also licensed in New York, California and the District of Columbia.
