I have been an active and successful entrepreneur since the mid-1980s, participating in several emerging technology ventures and playing one of many prominent roles as founder, executive, director, investor, and/or adviser.
Most of these ventures have launched, under my guidance, products based on new disruptive technologies into emerging nascent markets. All required fresh and innovative approaches to business model development.
My ventures have been backed by more than 20 rounds of financing from founders, angel investors, corporate strategic partners, and institutional venture capitalists, either separately or in combination. I co-invested in most of these rounds and led or participated in successful exits for several of them.
