My goal is to provide my clients with the best possible service to meet the needs and goals now and in the future.
As a Loan Officer, I listen to my clients and take many of them through a Home Asset Planning Interview (HAPI) where we uncover the strengths and weaknesses of their current financial foundation. We craft a mortgage plan that best meets their needs. The mortgage tools I use are Traditional Mortgages, FHA, USDA, Home Equity Lines of Credit, Reverse Mortgages, Hobby Farms and Small Commercial loans.
As an Independent Rep with SendOutCards, I am proud to say that I am a sender of cards. I have found that people are tired of spam emails and junk mail. What is lacking in many of our lives is the personal touch. Whether it's a cup of coffee, a phone call or a greeting card, it's nice to be able to connect in a personal way.

We have four types of clients"
* Retail - Those who wnat to send the occassional card to a loved one. Commitment is on a month to month basis.
* Wholesale - Those who use the services SOC to stay in contact with their clients, as well as send cards to their loved ones, and want to receive discounted fees. Examples would be Loan Officers, CPA's, Insurance Agents, Realtors...just about any small business owner or person with clients.
* Entrepreneurs who want to help others improve their financial lives and build residual income. We support their growth, provide advanced training and access to a variety of support services.
