Currently directs the work of the IFMS Functional Team (SAP), the ERP Support Team, the Business Intelligence and Grants And Contributions Systems Team and the HRMS (PeopleSoft) Team. Oversees large multi million dollars systems development projects including the PeopleSoft 8.9 Upgrade Project, the HR Business Intelligence Project, the HR Business Transformation Projects, the SAP Unicode Conversion Project and the SAP Solution Manager implementation project.
Managed the Peoplesoft Technical team of the Departmental HRMS (Peoplesoft 8.0 on a combined environment of RISC 600 UNIX-AIX platform with an Oracle 10g Database and a group of Windows 2003 Application Servers) as well as the Reporting Systems using IBI WebFocus products and extracting data from SAP R/3 and PeopleSoft as well as other corporate systems into an Oracle 10j Data Warehouse. Also managing the PeopleSoft 8.9 Upgrade project, a Human Resource Business Intelligence project, several smaller HR related projects as well as a Corporate Business Intelligence project.
Formerly managed the Security, Basis and ABAP team of the Departmental IFMS (SAP R/3 on a RISC 6000 UNIX-AIX platform with an Oracle Database), manage the Documentation and Training Team for all IC Corporate Financial Systems, using Knowledge Warehouse System and RWD InfoPak, Manage all aspects of the IC Grants and Contributions and the Management Reporting systems. Implemented a Configuration Management Process using Mantis BugTracker, SVN and TortoiseSVN
Several years of experience in providing expert advice to Departmental Senior Managers and Government Officials.
