Managed and contributed to the technical architecture and deployment of a migration from Novell to NT/Win 95 and Microsoft Exchange across a customer base of 19,000 users. Managed successful 5-week, fixed deadline, integration of all mail systems during the First Interstate merger servicing over 40,000 users (project resources included 25 staff and 4 separate vendors across 14 states)
