Lionel is a professional coach, trainer, and HR consultant.
He coaches professionals for job-related projects or issues (career move, expatriation, conflict resolution, cross-cultural communication, oral and written expression, time management).
He also creates and delivers training for groups or individuals, in the areas of public speaking, visual aid creation, creativity tools, cultural differences, time management.
He is fully bilingual and offers these services in French and English.
Before Lionel became a coach, he built up more than 18 years of experience in multinational high-tech companies (computers, Internet and telecommunication networks) in France and in the USA. He held management positions in Engineering, Project Management, Marketing and Communications.
Co-founder of Presence Coach, a professional telecoaching network (www.presencecoach.com), he is also a Member of the Mediat-Coaching Network (www.mediat-coaching.com). He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
In 2005, he co-founded irenea (www.irenea.com), a network of intercultural management consultants. He joined the Net Expat network of intercultural coaches (www.netexpat.com) in 2007.
He also taught Human Resources to international Master students, at the Institute of International Management of the CNAM in Paris (www.cnam.fr/iim/).
