Michel Lambert joined Procter & Gamble in 1987. He cumulated diverse Marketing positions in Belgium until he became in 1998 Associate Director Communication for Benelux, in charge of non-traditional media. After 1 year spent in the Netherlands, he created the new position of Direct-To-Consumer Marketing Western Europe and converted the P&G organization to the benefits of Consumer Relationship Marketing, while creating at the same time one of the biggest integrated CRM programs in the Consumer Goods industry. He is now part of the European headquarters in Geneva. He leads the vision, integration and adoption of interactive and digital marketing by the Western European organization, across all P&G brands and WE markets. He also leads a Global Center of Expertise on Direct-To-Consumer Marketing.
