I believe, that as one of the first Brand Leadership Coaches to emphasize the intersection of Brand Development, Leadership Training and Strategic Planning, I can support and guide clients to achieve high-level individual and organizational effectiveness - authentically and to have this growth's impact last. I work with a strength-based approach building on the positives without ignoring weaknesses or issues of conflict.
I have also added mediation to the conflict resolution services I offer to better enable healthy growth of individuals and organizations. My recent study of interpersonal neurobiology has also given me tremendous insight into the power of the brain and the mind and how we can use it to help ourselves and others grow.

• Counsel and mentor individuals in areas including integrated branding, presentation skills, executive development, leadership skills, strategic planing, visioning, public relations, media relations, personal development, and employee relations.
• Strategic planning including creation of mission statements, vision statements, positioning tactics and consumer/client awareness vehicles.
