For 13+ years Kyle has led communication campaigns for technology companies, from top-ten software vendors to start-up emerging companies. Currently Kyle works at BreakingPoint Systems, a leading provider of network equipment testing tools. In his role at BreakingPoint Kyle manages external communications, community relationships and influencer marketing. Starting with the highly regarded industry blog (www.breakingpointlabs.com) and extending through Twitter (@BreakingPoint) and other social networks, Kyle helps BreakingPoint communicate directly with engineers throughout the world.
While at BreakingPoint Kyle helped develop an ROI model that measures the impact of social media marketing on the business, including lead generation and sales. Additionally Kyle integrates BreakingPoint's social communities with traditional marketing programs such as eMail, SEO, public relations and more.
Previously, at Horn Group, Kyle managed the overall brand for his clients from public relations through digital identity programs including website development, social media implementation (blogs, Wiki's, video, community development), lead generation and more.
Before that Kyle was most recently an account manager at Porter Novelli where he helped managed the BMC Software account. Kyle was in charge of messaging and tactical implementations of the company’s enterprise and management solutions, including security & identity management, patch management, end-point discovery & management, and the company's introduction of its configuration management database (CMDB).
