I invest in real estate in Canada, the US and international locations. I have experience dealing with bare land, single family homes, and multi-unit buildings. In the past I have used buy and hold strategies to benefit from appreciation as well as rental income. I have physically done my own renovations, and that is NOT something I will do in the future. There are too many ways to make money in real estate to spend my time doing the work. I would prefer to buy at a discount and sell to another investor who is interested in the physical work. Quickly in and quickly out to move on to the next opportunity.
You have heard of compound interest. You may have even heard of investment leverage. However, have you heard of the velocity of money? This is the speed at which your money is able to make its return and move on to the next opportunity. Real estate is an excellent vehicle to make this happen.
Specialties
My investment style involves finding properties available at a discount, so that I can pass them on at a discount to other investors or home purchasers or hold for rental income. This spans one end of the price spectrum to the other, entry level to luxury homes and multi-unit buildings.
I work on a referral fee basis.
I accept invitations to act as a partner in real estate and business
I accept fund for passive investment.
I help those with bad or no credit buy their own home.
