Successfully managed website enhancement project for Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) by gathering requirements and talent to accomplish project within a six week window. Responsible for drawing up estimate, project plan, assembling assets, and troubleshooting when required. Worked with vendors to manage data flow and localization of content to the client's expectation.
In addition, oversaw the creation of email assets and website assets for Homewood Suites and worked to continue the process of making sure they adhered to best practices.
Other responsibilities included working with an information architect and other team members to flush out requirements and put together estimates, work plans, and user experiences to propose to clients for microsite redesigns.

Contracted to help oversee development of a widget combining use of Twitter, Flickr, and Upcoming.org for client to help promote their product virally through social networks supported by the Clearspring platform. Widget has resulted in over 20,000 views & 7,000 unique visits since launch in September.
Supervised development of website for client promoting the Lincoln Bicentennial in Washington, DC using WordPress as a Content Management System and importing events from Upcoming.org into the site resulting in site traffic of over 7,000 unique visits.

Responsible for operation of Washington.org. Successfully surpassed fiscal site traffic goal of 5.4 million page views by at least 10% and achieved milestone of 700,000 monthly unique visits for the first time since tracking web activity.
Conducted $300,000 website redesign of Washington.org – including developing Request for Proposal, selecting vendor, participating in discovery process, and overseeing creative, technical and content management progress.
Developed e-mail marketing campaigns for various teams. Consolidated and sanitized consumer e-mail lists from multiple sources into a central Access database.
Coordinated online re-branding efforts (ShareYourDC.com). The end result was being featured on ABC’s Nightline, discussed in the New York Times and the Washington Post with intention to solicit input from local DC residents.
Created a Facebook business page for Destination DC resulting in over 6,000 fans and approximately 1,500 page views per month.

Took charge of a website redesign project that had stalled for nearly three months and put it on the fast track for completion. Within two months, I successfully completed development of the site, generated a user manual, and conducted training sessions with the client to their satisfaction.
Executed keyword research for search engine advertising by researching CPMs on Google AdWords and writing ad copy for placement on Google's search engine.

Produced along with various team members a media website for the company using a custom Content Management System designed to provide images and press information for various media outlets.
Managed the bureau's online data assets and B-Roll. Responsible for tagging photos received and also supervised creation of an image library database for press and visitors to download low and high-resolution images.
