e-Serve was a sister concern of Citibank and was handling collections for CItibank into Credit Cards and Auto Loans. I was a part of the shared service IT division and was responsible for:
1. Running MIS for various locations across India. I was working directly on the Oracle Databases running complex queries and managing data warehousing for getting different kinds of metrics for the senior management
2. Actively participating in the Support group, and was responsible for maintaining the site having 300 (approx), users. This also leant supporting file servers on Novell and Windows

1. As I moved on with my studies at NIIT, I took up various roles one of then being a Project Intern. My roles provided me with a responsibility of helping other batches during Machine Room Sessions in completing their exercises or their projects
2. Also, I was a part of the support team at the institute. I was made responsible of maintaining local Novell Netware and Unix Servers. Taking backups, validating them was some of the areas at that time just being a student made me feel proud.
