To summarize my professional experience and goals:
I have worn many hats in the real estate profession. I began my career after a year in law school. I started my career as a residential salesperson in 1968. After a few years the firm I was associated with promoted me to aquisitions of new offices. I opened an office in Saugus-Newhall, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks and 17 offices in Orange County. Thereafter, I decided to work for a residential company called Harleigh Sandler Real Estate of Beverly Hills. Harleigh had many offices on the Westside. Beverly Hills, Westwood, Marina Del Ray, Santa Monica and Brentwood. I officed in the Brentwood on San Vicente Blvd. In 1983, while obtaining my masters degree I headed up the leasing division of 300,000 square feet of office buildings and a shopping center in Calabasas Park, CA. Upon completing the masters program, I became partners with a developer and we built a 200 room full service hotel in the Simi Valley at the 118 freeway and 1st Street. The hotel encompassed an exquisite restaurant and a high energy night club. In 1985, I returned to residential real estate and formed my own company, Heisser Realtors, Inc.
My expertise is in residential market. I believe my value to my clients is that I care about them first and formost. Knowing how to negotiate on their behalf; keeping the big picture of their goals at the forefront; taking on the incredible stress involved as my own; by keeping up to date with the ever changing complexities of the contracts and addendums; knowing the communities and the housing inventory. My clients depend on me. I cannot take this responsibility lightly.

I worked as the liaison between Seigal Development and the Commercial Brokerages to obtain retail and office tenants for approximately 300,000 square feet of shopping center and office buildings in Calabasas, Ca. I also became a partner to Mitchel Seigal Enterprises between 1983-1985. My responsibilities included procuring land designated for hotel development, create architectural plans for a 200 room hotel, high energy night club and major restaurant all within the confines of the hotel footprint. Thereafter, I interfaced with the planning Dept to complete approval of the project. Upon obtaining the necessary permits, obtaining a major franchise(Ramada Inn)and finding the required financing for the project, we sold our interest in the hotel to another developer to complete the construction of the hotel.
