Kevin is a lawyer, entrepreneur, and agent of change. He’s the founder and managing partner of The Advocate Group and specializes in transactional work and start-up formation for network marketing companies. Kevin leverages every conceivable technological edge to keep costs down while providing clients with world class service. Kevin provides entrepreneurs with the tools necessary to get their businesses successfully off the ground on solid legal footing.
Prior to starting The Advocate Group, Kevin gained valuable experience while serving as Chief Counsel for Signature Management Team, LLC, also known as Team. Team is one of the largest providers of sales aids for distributors in the network marketing industry. While at Team, Kevin worked closely with Amway and Mona Vie’s compliance departments to ensure Team’s marketing materials passed regulatory review. Also during his tenure at Team, Kevin helped guide the company through commercial litigation with Amway.
Kevin is also a leader in the legal community. His ideas about the changing legal landscape were featured on the notorious blog, Buzzmachine. He was recently featured in an international magazine titled “New Marketing” where he wrote an article on practical uses of outsourcing.
In January of 2009, he launched Advanced Advocates, an exclusive platform for law students across the globe. Kevin is a loving husband and proud father of two children, Luke and Siena Rose. He is an avid sportsman as he was once an all-American in the decathlon from the University of Tennessee. He’s competitive and knows how to deliver results for clients.
