Karen Sieczka is a trainer, author, and founder of GrowingGreatIdeas.com. In 2008, she trained nearly 700 participants in a variety of programs including technology, supervisory skills, and customized training workshops as an adjunct instructor at Gulf Coast Community College and Troy University.

Karen is familiar with the struggle many of us encounter when we become entrenched in the 9 to 5 world and lose sight of what really makes us tick. Her own struggle became the inspiration for her training program called Growing Great Ideas: Unleashing Creativity at Work.
