Karen Sieczka is a trainer, author, creativity advocate, and founder of GrowingGreatIdeas.com. In 2008, she trained nearly 700 participants in a variety of programs including technology, supervisory skills, and customized training workshops as an adjunct instructor at Gulf Coast Community College and Troy University.

Karen's creativity@work training program is called Growing Great Ideas: Beyond the Suggestion Box. The program generates ideas, enthusiasm, and teamwork. It is available now for business and non-profit organizations to save money by boosting ideas,creativity, and enthusiasm. It can be customized to address particular issues or challenges.
