- Managed 1-3 teams concurrently delivering development projects in the Nordic Mobile area of Norways largest telecom player. The target platform was a major business logic middleware platform supporting 40 channel clients and had 300 million transactions per month.
- Increased the productivity in the maintenance team by more than 30 percent by radically altering the development methodology.
- Pioneered and developed the software monitoring software XRadar (http://xradar.sorceforge.net) measuring a detailed metrics program. It was the first software to become free and open source developed within Telenor.
- Published 3 papers at three different conferences on the work done
