I am currently attending my fourth year at the Ted Rogers School of Information Technology Management (Ryerson University). I plan to graduate in 2011 with a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Enterprise Systems and Organization and a minor in Human Resources Management.
I am the Co-Vice President of Advancement in my program's student association (ITMSA). I help promote our SA's brand, events, and merchandise (when available) to our ITM students.

I troubleshoot office and retail equipment (i.e. computers, copiers, cash registers, handheld devices, debit machines, etc.). If they are defective, I place the service calls with our vendors. I also troubleshoot software issues. I provide excellent customer service.
