Kaylor partnered with Lindsay Lohan to create and run 6126 a lifestyle brand named after the birthday of icon Marilyn Monroe sold in the better contemporary market segment with sales reaching 20 million dollars retail.
Conceptualized, launched, oversaw all operations, employees, design, marketing, sales team/showrooms, international distributors, production, distribution, e-commerce and license partners for the company.

Recruited to Warnaco, Los Angeles as a division President in a $1.5B global apparel leader, which designs, sources, markets, licenses, and distributes a broad line of intimate apparel, active wear, swimwear, and sportswear to develop and implement the strategy to build the Junior swim and active business into a global leadership position.
Launched two swimwear brands (Sunset Beach and Hot Coles) selling to Macys, Belk, Dillards, Lord & Taylor and hundreds of swim stores.
Created and implemented Alex Madison a direct mail program that featured content and direct shopping. Alex Madison that debuted in Seventeen Magazines reaching over 2 million teen girls and generating massive sales.
Produced a “Design your own bikini contest”, where girls sent in their swimwear designs to be voted on. The top ten were flown to Los Angeles, their samples were produced and they participated in a fashion show with celebrity judges. The winner’s bikini was featured in all Gadzooks stores nationwide and the designer received a cash price.
Launched private label programs with Victoria’s Secret, Delias and Wal-Mart
Founded and ran a catazline (magazine/catalog) providing an outlet and forum for teen girls and celebrities to “speak out” on issues they care about and a direct mail shopping component.
Closed deal with Kristin Davis of Sex and the City for Damez premier issue cover as well as interviews with many stars, including Drew Barrymore, on the inside pages.
Closed deals with such brands as Dickies, Junk Food and Smashbox Cosmetics on favorable terms.
Debut to 500,000 teen girls, received major media attention and positive reviews.
Partnered with three women including Jennifer Aniston to launch Voxxy, an interactive website exclusively for teen girls.
Oversaw the build of Voxxy.com, a 750 page website were teen girls able to participate in interactive programming, build a community, access resources and shop for products.
Assisted in raising a series A of 2 million dollars.
Closed a deal with Jennifer Aniston as spokesperson for the company.
Assembled an advisory board of influential leaders, tastemaker and executives in the entertainment and technology industry. Assembled a teen girl advisory board made up of hundreds of girls ages 13-18.
Oversaw marketing, distribution, corporate affairs and celebrity deals.
Won a Bandi Award (Broadband Award) for “The Newest New Thing” and received tremendous attention in the press, hitting the pages of almost every consumer and teen publication.
Spoke on several new media panels and news programs including MSNBC and CNN.
Oversaw all television development for Canada’s largest producer of US television movies.
