Sales Consultant at gmi group
Gent Area, Belgium
As IT Professional with a strong economical background, I allways try to find a way of helping customers to focus more on their core business, using the right tool. Over the years, it has become clear to me that the tool is less important than the solution. Listening to the users needs, analyzing the business case and putting in some creativity should allways lead to a customer with a real answer to his question.
Using Microsoft Dynamics NAV as back-office provides our customers from the GMI group with the right solution for all their business processes. The system is made up in such a way that the focus lays on the job and on the needs of the people, not on the technology. This way, any user in the organisation can benefit from the use of an ERP system, be it service technicians, sales people, accountants, warehouse managers or board members.
