I am currently engaging myself in part-time consulting and coaching assignments in the areas of Agile Program Management, Agile Product Management, Enterprise Agile Implementation, Agile Coaching and/or Agile Project Delivery Management.

In over two decades of my career in software development, I have managed over 35 projects and 6 products successfully. Over the last 9 years of my IT consulting, I have trained and coached over 15,000 software development professionals at all levels of seniority worldwide.

I specialize in Software Requirements Engineering and Software Product and Project Management. For the last 9 years I have been involved in implementing Agile Methodologies, Enterprise Agility, Off-shore Subcontractor Management, Agile Product Management and similar Value Streaming based iterative software development methodologies.

I coach project teams implementing Agile Methodologies like XP, Scrum, FDD and Lean. I also help organizations plan for and implement Agile Leadership, Lean, TOC/ CCPM in their management orientation and help them in understanding the new cultural transformation required to embrace such emerging paradigms.

I have been a contributing author in Agile Project Management for Cutter Consortium (http://www.cutter.com ) . I have designed, developed and delivered customized programs in Agile for Center for Technical Training (CTT), Phillips Research Labs, Netherlands and am an accredited Project Management Trainer for Logica CMG internationally.

Gardening : I am an ardent collector of waterlillies and orchids. I have a lovely collection of water plants and orchids in my home garden Pets: I had a wonderful golden retriever called Scooby. He was 12 years old Arts: I love Indian Classical Music, Indian Light Music. I play some of the musical instruments like flute and keyboard. I love different forms of drawing and painting. I also like Carpentry and build my own models and prototypes.
