Kreston Eaton's Summary
I am a trainer and leader of people. I have led many different groups of people over the course of my career, from a group of teenage cashiers at a retail store to a platoon of combat engineers for the United States Army. I developed and conducted training for new employees and new leaders at an organization of over 2500 people with locations throughout Nevada.
I want to use this knowledge to help new supervisors and new managers become effective leaders in the shortest possible time, increasing their effectiveness and making the transition into leadership rolls easier.
