Responsibilities were divided between business management and graphic design. Business tasks included all company marketing and advertising, hiring and recruitment, strategic development, warehouse management, new client generation and management of advertiser companies.
Design included the bulk of the pages of each issue, management of multiple freelance designers, design and upkeep of more than five web sites, and all promotions and event creative.

Created and managed the internal design studio for the global event marketing company, growing the department from one to seven people in two years.
Functioned as Art Director, Lead Designer and main point of contact for all clients.
