Have lead offshore teams and have worked with multi-geography product development teams.

Have worked on design & execution of various organizational initiatives; work area includes learning, delivery excellence and process improvement. Have managed a year long non scripted CSR program; activities include organizing volunteers, keeping them committed & motivated for a considerable period of time without monetary benefits and improvising practices & defining processes (scripting the program).
