My name is Koos Ris and my profession is Innovation Consultancy specialized in innovation and beyond innovation on the basis of consciousness development. Innovation to serve Humanity & Global Envoironment. Innovation with Pure Intention.
The way I work is through personal consulting, dialogues, sparring, coaching, interim project management, interim management depending on the assignment and complexity of the desired innovation.
It’s my utmost responsibility to be able to use highly unconventional approaches, using all sorts of different sources and constantly correcting myself to develop higher consciousness.
My passion is helping people experience the concealed (hidden).....and unfolding consciousness to authentic creations and innovations. Solving the perceived Unsolvable....
Innovation assignments can differ between partial or full service, starting with initial ideas, scope and planning through phases of development, financing,.... to final realization, testing and acceptation.
With innovation I mean creating successful new business, new products, new processes, new culture, new leadership, new innovations. "Successful" is defined as fulfilling a personal, organizational, environmental or client need (desire) depending on the level of consciousness attained in the innovation.
