I have been involved in multiple companies in multiple industries. Call center in/outbound, Mobile Content, Staff Leasing, Business Offshoring and a Newspaper.

I excel in finding the right people to do the job correctly & efficiently, and then I give them the freedom to do it.

It seems of late that I have been doing more and more BPO for companies. Taking two companies in the last 14 months from 0 to nearly 250+ employees.

I have now been in Asia for more than 7 years and have become very in tune with the market. I have watched the outsourcing and call center industries explode in the past 3 years while in Manila.

As far as I know, I am the only BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Consultant in Manila. I have assisted multiple companies in opening branch offices here, and other parts of Asia. This saving the parent companies substantial amounts of money and increasing their bottom-line. I can and have taken companies through the entire process of corporate formation, office space locating & securing, to finding key personnel. I've even acted as an interim COO in some cases, until locating a local management or in some cases helping one of their current employees relocate and acclimate to local living and management.

I excel in all aspects of setting up a western company offshore, usually labour intensive outsourcing. This results in huge savings and a workforce that is easily managed from overseas or can be completely managed for you.

This will allow you to:

In addition I can place call center agents, web designers, programmers and other computer based staff, in a virtual office environment. These type of offshore employees can be placed within 7-14 days. I generally suggest this type of system for smaller teams.

If you would like a team of more than 7 or 8, and expect to grow, it becomes more advantages to open a branch office.
