I currently have the pleasure of being aligned with the premier real estate brokerage in the Pacific Northwest, Windermere. The future is exciting for the Silverdale office. We have new owners - Carter Dotson and Mike Pitts; a new Managing Broker, Marie Flanders; and some of the best agents on the planet!

For the past year, I had the distinct honor of serving as a Community Builder for ActiveRain, the world's largest On-Line Network and Blogging Platform for Real Estate Professionals. It was an incredibly valuable and enriching experience and provided me with many opportunities for growth.

I am currently working on my Broker's License here in WA State. I have finished all the required course work. In addition, I have earned my certified trainers certificate, and have been working on preparing a course of study for the Washington Association of Realtors on "Real Estate Blogging" and "The Use of Social Media in Today's Business."

In addition, I also co-author a local blog here in the Western Puget Sound WA called, www.SoundBiteBlog.com, and have recently started another 'hobby' blog, www.CrabbingintheHood.com
