Since 2002 I've been providing innovative marketing for homes, both single and multi-family, primarily in the Puget Sound area. I thrive in troubled markets specifically because my clients appreciate the innovative strategies I use in accomplishing their goals under short timelines.
I provide a full-service marketing package to all of my real estate clients, including (on the selling side) professional photography, staging as appropriate, savvy internet advertising, and professionally designed flyers. For buyers and sellers, I am an expert in contract negotiations - a must to ensure the best possible end result. I also direct all marketing campaigns and b2b sales for Bryce Mohan Photography, one of Seattle's premier architectural photography firms. This includes development and implementation of new strategies, both in print and online, as well as in person.
