• Responsible for managing all payment methods globally imcluding Credit Cards, LockBox, EDI/EFT, Wire Transfers, Cheques and Letters of Credit. This includes managing sevice provider relationships.
• Managing a team of fourteen (14) in three regional Cash Hubs – Sydney (APAC), Denver (Americas) and Amsterdam (EMEA) driving global standardisation in process and systems. Remote Team Management is a specality.

Key Achievements:
• Successfully manage the application of 120,000 receipts worth US$ 13 billion annually across three hubs globally with 14 resources. This is achieved through standard global process, maximising economies of scale, standard systems and partnering with service providers.
• 96% of receipts fully applied within one day globally.
• Lead a number of training courses in Sun systems and process in Australia and Asia.
