Kipp Cooper has had a distinguished career in politics, as both an elected official and lobbyist. His expertise has been drawn from a diverse set of experiences ranging from his service as a Legislator in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, to managing the lobbying efforts for the Real Estate Industry, to teaching candidates for public office the nuts and bolts of political campaigns and fundraising.
Kipp currently represents the CARRARA GROUP as the Director of Government Affairs for the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS®. In this capacity he is charged with managing the associations political action committee, public relations, public policy, and regulatory matters affecting their 16,000 members.
Prior to joining the CARRARA GROUP, he served as the Chief Lobbyist and Director of Government Affairs for the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS® As well as a City Councilor for the City of Concord.
Mr. Cooper received his A.S. in Business Communications from Castleton State College, his B.S. in Political Communications from Emerson College. Kipp has served on numerous boards at the state and national level and was the 2004 Chair for the National Association of REALTORS® Government Affairs Directors Institute. He is very involved in his community and has been selected as one of the 40 top business profesionals under forty in both Las Vegas, Nevada and the state of New Hampshire.

•Built coalitions with outside groups and developed campaign materials to defeat the Real Estate Transfer tax, Capital Gains Tax, Statewide Property Tax, and Eminent domain.
