I am currently taking my social media marketing methodology to the next level through my company Social Media Squad and through the efforts of our wonderful partners.
My social media marketing philosophy consists of:
1) Monitoring the Conversation
2) Building Knowledge and Wisdom from the Conversation.
3) Create Unique, Relevant Content that Adds Value to the Conversation
4) Syndicate and Stream Activities Back to the Conversation
It is really gaining momentum through implementation on many small, medium and large campaigns. We are excited about the structure and reporting the methodology has brought to these social media marketing campaigns.
We are also very excited about the value and growth these campaigns have given back to the overall methodology and strategy. There are many case studies, white papers, and a few book materials on the subject coming out in the next month or two.
Our goals are to continue taking or philosophy on social media marketing to the nation, the world and really continue our push into the mobile and hand held markets.

I was lead developer for IDX Broker. It was a partnership between Chad Barczak, Jeff Kast and I to deliver inventory and real estate web site solutions.
The web sites utilize Multiple Listing Service (MLS) real estate data from across the country and would provide it an a search engine optimized web site format that could easily be integrated into the customers web site.
I built all the systems that extracted the data from the MLS and the mechanisms for distributing to agent or brokers web sites.
I also recently have built 50 state real estate portals for IDX Broker showcasing agent / brokers nationwide. The Real Estate for Sale in Network. -
