Kimmelin Hull’s Summary
Three years into operating a private chidlbirth and parenting preparation program, I have expanded my horizons into the field of writing.
Having obtained a Creative Writing degree from University of Puget Sound well before completing PA school and my Lamaze Certification, I have written a number of articles for Bozeman's local parenting magazine, Montana Parent, and have recently completed my first novel.
The memoir, A Dozen Invisible Pieces and Other Confessions of Motherhood (Cold Tree Press) is scheduled for release in April, 2008.
Looking ahead, I envision my work taking me in the direction of advocating for improving our cultural approach to caring for new mothers following childbirth, be that as a social activtist, health care professional, or through my writing.
