I have had considerable success as a Realtor. Although I am new to the career, I can honestly say that my listings sell within 4 months and even in this market they sell for top dollar. I have taken a special interest in Tallyn's Reach where I closed 6 spec homes for Jayman Master Builders in 120 days in 2007 and recent listing in Tallyn's Reach this summer not only went under contract in 26 days, the offer came in above appraised value...not bad if I say so myself.
As for Buyers, I have managed to get all my Buyers under contract within 3 weeks of starting their search for the perfect residence. And I was told that with the many closings they have been to in their lifetime, mine was the smoothest they had ever experienced!
