March 2008 — June 2009 (1 year 4 months)
In my role as Project Manager/Brand Strategist at UO's student-run agency, I collaborated with creative directors, digital strategists, copywriters, media planners and research strategists to create and execute the awareness and branding campaign for the New Venture Championship (NVC) - a U of O run MBA international business plan competition. I co-managed a budget of $33,000 and worked closely with professors from the Business and Journalism Schools to ensure the fluidity of the annual Portland-based event.

July 2008 — August 2008 (2 months)
During the six week program, I worked with ten agencies, specifically spending two intense weeks with three of the agencies (eROI, Anvil Media, Fish Marketing). In addition to learning the functions of the agencies, I was the Account Manager/Strategist in a team of fellow CoLab interns in which we developed a branding/awareness campaign for an actual client. At the conclusion of the internship, the campaign was pitched to the client as well as members of the Portland Ad Fed.

I spoke to Spanish classes at the University of Oregon about IUSI's study programs in Mexico. Once study abroad groups formed, I helped prepare students for the student abroad experience during orientation meetings.
